ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL

The adult Sunday School
meets every Sunday to
study the Old Testament and have adult fellowship. We are meeting in the
parlor (inside the Fellowship Hall - building next to the church) and starts at
8:30 to 8:40. Come join us.

Koinonia is an adult
Sunday School class of about a dozen members that meets weekly in the Parlor of
the Fellowship Hall at 9:45 a.m.
The word Koinonia means "communion by participation." Our class studies books, particularly
those available through Cokesbury.
Recent studies include: 1) "The Shack," a bestselling
book by W. Paul Young, 2) "Jesus in the Gospels," part of the Disciple series,
and 3) "Confronting the Controversies" and "Seeing Gray in a Black and White
World," both are a DVD series by Methodist minister Adam Hamilton. Debbie Meyer is the designated leader,
but the class really operates with various members taking turns as facilitator -
the result is lively conversation as we strive to learn what God and the Bible
and Methodism would have us learn.
Feel free to join us anytime!
